U9-U10 (2015 – 2014) – $875.00,
U11-U12 (2013 – 2012) – $965.00,
U13-U14 (2011 – 2010) – $1,015.00,
U15-U16 (2009 – 2008) – $1,065.00,
U17-U19 (2007, 2006, 2005) – $1,115.00

Pre-Academy Jamboree

U5-U8 (2016-2019) – $200.00
