A: Games usually start around 3.
A: With nearly 500 games scheduled over just 2.5 days, it’s extremely difficult to make game-time changes once the schedule is set. There is very little room for flexibility. We always encourage coaches with multiple teams to register early and ensure they have a capable assistant coach available to help manage overlaps. While we’ll do our best to accommodate special requests, we can’t guarantee adjustments—so the sooner you register and submit any requests, the better.
A: The tournament schedule will be released approximately 2-3 weeks before the event. We’ll notify all registered teams via email once it’s live, and it will also be available on our website and app. Please ensure any special requests are submitted as early as possible—once the schedule is finalized, changes are extremely limited due to the size and complexity of the event.
A: Yes, we’ve secured special rates for tournament attendees at our partner hotels.
To take advantage of these discounted rates, please visit the Accommodation page on our website where you’ll find booking links and more details. We recommend booking early, as rooms at these rates are limited and tend to fill up quickly. If you have any specific needs or are booking for a larger group, feel free to reach out, we’ll do our best to assist.
A: Yes, food and drinks will be available at most of our main venues throughout the tournament.
A variety of vendors and concessions will be on-site offering snacks, meals, and beverages for players, coaches, and spectators. We recommend bringing refillable water bottles, as many venues also have hydration stations or water fountains available. Please note: options may vary slightly by location, so we encourage teams to plan accordingly—especially if playing at multiple sites in one day.
A: Payment is made at the time of registration via credit or debit card
A: With 6 teams you play all three teams in the other group. The final is the top two teams based on points earned in those three games. Basically it means all games count in standings (no consolation games) and if two strong teams end up in the same group they could both still play in the final. Winning the group for 6 teams brackets isn’t really a thing because it’s just points.
