Whether you’re a player, coach, parent, or spectator, preparation is essential to making the most of this incredible event. To help you get ready for an unforgettable experience this February, we’ve put together the ultimate checklist.

1. Download the Official 7 Elite International Tournament App (NEW for 2025!)

We’re thrilled to introduce our custom-built mobile app—a one-stop shop for everything tournament-related! Stay up to date with schedules, scores, important updates, and even field locations. Plus, there are HUGE PRIZES up for grabs every day via the app, so don’t miss out!

Tip: Download the app ahead of time to ensure it’s ready to go when the tournament kicks off!

2. Follow 7 Elite Tournament on Social Media

Get in on the action by following our official 7 Elite Tournament social channels! Stay connected with your coaches, teams, players, and families through great event content, fun competitions, and updates. Capture all the moments and share them using the event hashtag #7EliteTournament. It’s a great way to relive the experience and engage with the tournament community!

3. Check the Tournament Schedule Regularly

Make sure you’re always in the loop by familiarizing yourself with the full tournament schedule. Know your game times, warm-ups, breaks, and locations. Planning ahead will ensure you have enough time to arrive, park, and get to your field.

4. Book Your Spot at the Goalkeeping Masterclass

Calling all goalkeepers! Don’t miss out on a chance to train with Chris Owens, EPL Academy Coach, during one of our exclusive Goalkeeping Masterclass sessions. We have sessions available in St. George and Mesquite throughout the tournament for all ages.

Tip: Book your spot ASAP—spaces fill up quickly!

5. Review Tournament Rules & Regulations

Every tournament has its own set of rules, and ours is no different. Take a moment to review the code of conduct, match rules, and player eligibility requirements. This ensures fair play and helps everyone stay on the same page during the competition. If you are unsure about anything – please ask one of our tournament staff members who will be happy to help!

6. Packing Essentials: Don’t Forget These Must-Haves!

Make sure players and coaches are fully packed for the tournament! Here’s a quick checklist of essentials:

  • Cleats, shin guards, and socks
  • Water bottles and a hydration pack
  • Warm clothing for chilly February days
  • Sunscreen for sunny Southern Utah weather
  • Extra towels and snacks

Tip: Personalize your gear (water bottles, soccer balls, etc.) so it’s easy to identify if something goes missing!

7. Get Your Tournament Merch

We’ve got tons of awesome 7 Elite Tournament merchandise for 2025. From hoodies and hats to other great gear, there’s something for everyone. You can purchase your merch from any one of our three main HQs located at Sullivan Soccer Park, Washington, Little Valley Playing Fields, St George and Mesquite Soccer Complex.

Tip: If your team makes it to the final, you can even have “Finalist” or “Champion” added to your hoodie for a special keepsake!

8. Attend our Pathways to Progress Panel

The 7 Elite International Tournament proudly presents Pathways to Progress, an exclusive panel discussion featuring world-leading experts from all aspects of the game. This session offers attendees a unique opportunity to explore the various pathways in soccer, from playing at the collegiate and professional levels to careers in coaching and development.

Our expert panel includes:

While the tournament is all about competition, there’s plenty of downtime to enjoy the stunning beauty of Southern Utah. You are in one of the most beautiful desinations in the world. Be sure to head to Greater Zion Convention and Tourism to checkout the incredible offerings of the area. Plan a sightseeing trip, visit local attractions, or check out the local dining and entertainment spots. The fun doesn’t stop when the game ends!

Tip: Take a family hike, explore nearby parks, or try out Big Shots Golf for a fun, laid-back experience off the field!
